Observations

In accordance with the provisions of Law No.78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computer technology and the protection of personal data (article 36), the person concerned has the right to rectify, complete, clarify, update or delete personal information which is inexact, incomplete, ambiguous or out of date, or whose collection or use, communication or preservation is forbidden. Collected information is it for purposes :
- Of establishment of estimate by the Mont Joly
- Of sending of information exclusively published by the Mont Joly

Down payment :
The reservations are considered firm only accompanied by down payment of a value of 25% of the amount of the stay which will be deductible at the end from the agreed stay.

Cancellation :
The total amount of the down payments will be preserved if the cancellation of the reservation would occur less than 21 days before the supposed date of the arrival.

Curtailed stay :
In the event of anticipated departure, and of nonresale of the room, the amount of the initial stay will be invoiced entirely, by way of allowance without another form.
