Yannick CANNESSANT is “chef de cuisine”. He takes pride in his kitchen and ensures that all guests are well fed and watered. The restaurant, which seats a maximum of 52 people, is open to non-residents as well as residents for lunch and evening meals. Outside we have a terraced garden where lunch is served during the summer months – barbecue weather permitting.

Yannick creates dishes to tickle your taste buds, combining old-time recipes and traditional French home cooking with a wide variety of Savoy specialities rich with local products together with his own inventiveness, careful presentation and savoir faire.

The Cellar

The Haute Savoy produces lovely wines which rewards you, mostly whites, which will reward you for all your energetic exertions.
The white ones go naturally with all types of Savoie cheese dishes.
The red ones work wonders when served with the genuine products of Savoie.
Our cellar is also stocked with wines from other French vineyards and the New World.
